Strappy Sandals...

 
I have loved this heel style for ages! I don't know when I first fell in love with them but I always remember Rosie Huntington Whitely wearing a pair similar (though her pair will be designer no doubt) worn with a red suit on the red carpet.

I've seen them in Zara, on stylishpick.com and on the most stylish of celebs. I've wanted them so long but (as I always stress) I'm just a poor struggling student- with an unfortunate expensive taste. However, I like finding a bargain. Whether it be in Primark, on eBay or at my local carboot sale, If I like it, want it and can afford it I'll probably being buying it.

So I found a pair of these strappy sandal heels for only £12! What?! So I couldn't resist, I got 2 pairs. 1 black and 1 red. And my mum managed to swig the red pair for £10 instead; "theres a mark on those can you discount them a little?" she batted her eyelashes at the till lady and somehow was granted over 10% off. That's two pair of my favourite new sandals for £22! Zara? Double that for one pair. Safe to say I'm pretty happy right now ♥


 

Another Girls Holiday...

I'm back!

Sorry for the delay in posts but as you can guess, I've been away on holiday. Me and my two favourite girls went for a quick cheap trip away from England to Gran Canaria, Spain.
I believe that whatever you do, as long as you've got the people you enjoy being with, you experiences and memories will be amazing!

And that's what our holiday was, amazing! We've got such holiday blues as we had the best time and I'm so sad to be back to cloudy UK! :(
Already planning our next holiday for 2014! ♥

Style Crush of the Week...

Clémence Poésy.

I have to admit, I was not familiar with this lady until recently and what I was drawn to the most was her classic undefined style. I think it helps that she's French, and that nationality's fashion style is elegant and effortless and admirable by far.
As well as being drop dead gorgeous, her style is similar to what I love; contemporary, comfortable and simple. As an actress and model she isn't one to show off designer clothes and fashion trends. She knows what she likes, what suits her look and what looks sexy without even trying. And quoted from the stylish beaut herself; "Life's way too beautiful and fascinating to spend time on fashion rules" ♥

Business Diploma...

On Thursday, I received my course results from College and officially signed off my BTEC. It took any many late nights finishing assignments, a lot of confusion, crying and concentration but I did it. I achieved a DDD (distinction x3 = equivalent to AAA @ A-levels)

I now have a diploma in Business!

Having failed horribly at my a levels 2 years ago, this was a big deal. And I can be proud of myself in achieving something I worked hard for. This chapter done.
2 years finished, next; University in the big city, London ♥


...awaiting my certificate. Have to do with pink paper for now =/

OOTD; Velvet Blazer...

Just wanted to quickly show off my new velvet blazer. Still waiting for summer to begin - with it being absolutely bloody freezing (IN MAY?!) I am still wearing my jeans and boots :( Was hoping to put on my maxis and wedges. Wishful thinking? It would appear so...♥
